Upon searching for a backpack to take travelling, the Osprey Porter 46 was consistently mentioned.

It's ultralight, at 1.1kg. Is a respectable 46L in size and fits into airline carry-on restrictions. It also has a lifetime warranty. http://www.ospreypacks.com/en/web/all_mighty_guarantee

RRP is $129.95 but the cheapest I found it elsewhere was $104. It's listed for $97.46 and the coupon code gives you 15% off, bringing it down to $82.84 with free postage. Even in The States they go for $99USD so this is a solid price.

I ordered mine Wednesday night. It was dispatched Thursday and arrived on Friday.

  Great price for a great backpack, perfect if you're going carry on only, however it may be a bit big if you are planning to use it with a suitcase.

  That's actually a good deal. If it's the one i'm thinking it exactly meets the carry on specs for most airlines.

  Is exactly the dimensions for qantas. Slightly different for emirates (width is an inch less, but the height is a an inch more)

    I've used mine as carry on for Qantas, Virgin, Emirates, and British Airways without a second glace. You could easy getaway on other airlines as the pack compresses down via the straps. Great backpack.

  Wasn't aware you could get a 46L pack that was good for carry on, as a safety we usually sold 35L as our max in bags,good to know and osprey really are good stuff. Noted!

  Just got an email - sounds like they're cancelling all orders. Apparently the discount code was 'a private offer for members only'.

    Oh that sucks. I waited to receive mine before I posted this deal in case there was an issue with the code, seems like they couldn't deal with OzB quantities :P I found the code on RetailMeNot or one of those sites.

    Not mine. They only had a small amount stock as it was supposed to be only a small group that the offer went to and cancelled orders they could not fullfil which is fair enough.
