I'm looking to fly to Hong Kong around 10th of June. So far, cheapest I've found is $686 with Vietnam Airlines. That's not bad, but would much prefer a direct flight.
Please help me find a bargain!

Haha, maybe shoulda thought of that. Sorry for the omission. I'm leaving from sydney, and would like to leave Hong Kong 16th-17th of June.
It appears Vietnam Airlines is the cheapest. However, the connections aren't too long, and as far as I know, they are a full service carrier so meals and luggage included.
I checked both budget carriers (Scoot, AirAsia X), and direct flights come at $926 on Cathay Pacific.

doubt there's any more cheap direct flights to hk from Syd since virgin cut all their hk-syd flights
Where you're departing from, and when you're returning (if applicable) would be immensely useful!
