My sister and I both are building our new homes in Perth and need your expert advice on sourcing some cheap yet good quality LED downlights. We need about 60 LED downlights in Cool white preferably with wider beam angle if possible (to reduce the no. of lights and labour cost involved). We are mindful that the LED downlights need appropriate certifications or else the electricians may refuse to install. Upon checking online on Aliexpress we have come across some 15W Chip on Board(COB) LEDs with 120 degrees beam angle for US$20 (delivered). The supplier is called Lemon Tree and they have supplied us with the CE and RHoS certificates:

Does anyone know of any local vendor/importer who could supply similar spec'd lights at a reasonable price - we don't mind spending a few dollars extra on each light (~$25) if we could source them locally.
