Issue with the free case that came with the LG G2

Just received my LG G2 that I purchased in the 15% off Good Guys sale. Gave it to my mum and she's loving it so far.

Having one problem so far though.

The phone came with a case made by Voia. It's got a window cut out of it for the "QuickWindow" functionality. However, it's not working at all even though I have turned the QuickWindow setting on.

I'm wondering if anyone else bought the phone in the same sale and is experiencing this issue besides me. Trying to figure out whether its my phone or the case that is the issue.

UPDATE: It works now. Took it to LG repairs and they did something to fix it.

    It probably works 50% of the time.

    It would be nice if it worked. I just got a normal case off eBay instead.

    Mine works all the time. Have you updated all the firmware through the LG app?

    Is the case supposed to be a standard inclusion?

    I received my phone today from the Good Guys sale and there was no case.

      No it's not a standard inclusion I think. I remember reading somewhere that it's the first several thousand or so sold gets the free case.

    My Quickwindow works, but the case doesn't shut - always pops open even when the phone is laying on its back. I would say they are made cheaply

      Yeh I think that's normal for the case. Mine is the same.
