Checkout lady said was an issue Woolworths across the board had been having all day. Was allowed to keep it at the scanned price of $0.00
I'd say this would be rectified by tomorrow.
also the second most expensive thing on the list lol. To be an OzBargainer, one does not necessarily have to smell like one.
I've been lucky a few times at Woolworths. Each time I was in the self-serve checkouts. Scanned a bunch of kale and nothing came up. It wasn't in the list on screen either. Ditto happened when I bought 3 large pomegranates.
On every occasion, I called the staff over and they tried looking in the system and couldn't find it. So they told me I could have them for free.
I had to go back the next day (with no intention of scoring more freebies) but I checked the pomegranates again to see if they'd put the price up in fresh produce. They did. $4 per pomegranate.
Pretty chuffed that they'd given me 3 for free the night before!
