One winner (1) will receive a Friday night tasting menu for two with matched wines at Brae Restaurant, a night’s accomodation at Harvest Birregurra in the premium suite, The Ballroom, with transfers to and from Brae, Saturday morning breakfast at Harvest Birregurra and time spent with the Brae chefs during the first hour of the
day, meeting with the chefs in the garden as they collect the daily harvest, followed by a morning coffee in the kitchen as the produce is brought in and prepared for the day’s menu, a bottle of Dinny Goonan Shiraz
