This is just in case someone missed the current catalogue. Repco is putting 50% off on PBR brake fluid. So a DOT3 bottle comes down to $3.99. Not bad, but the best deal I have seen was SCA DOT4 for $1, not sure when that will come around.
Please note brake fluid have expiry date, as it absorb water through the bottle. So if you have already stocked up on some, this is not recommended.

PBR is a global brakes company. I would feel safe using their products.
But.. brake fluid in Australia, including the cheap SCA, have Australian Standard badge for safety so I wouldn't worry too much?
Again, storing brake fluid for too long is not recommended. Plastic won't stop it from absorbing water over time.
Do you still get the 10% with the VIP membership from not long ago?
I highly doubt they would let you combine discounts.

Yeah that syn-X 10w 40 semi syn looks like it would be an okay oil.
Not sure about you guys, but my local store had these stuff as a rebranded 'Bosch'. They said it replaces the PBR stuff and sold it to me at the same price.
Brings back memory of the free DOT4 brake fluid. That was the first of many freebies that never arrived.
Funny when they tried to convince people that they were going to furfill ALL orders.

How does PBR compare with Valvoline? Always good to have a bottle of dot 3 brake fluid in the garage.
