hi all,
i'm in a new job that requires me to travel a bit so thought perhaps I use the downtime to best advantage and continue gaming. At the moment I really spend most of my game time playing Diablo 3: reaper of souls so am looking for the most affordable (but capable) laptop that could run this. No need to play in full graphics modes, just want it to run well enough in basic settings.
Please don't refer me to the system recommendations, hoping someone can provide real knowledge/experience here :)

This could also do, but the CPU performance is a little on the low side. I'm not a big fan of AMD notebook CPU's either.
On the higher end of the spectrum, there's the Toshiba Satellite L50(PSKK7A-006003) with Intel 4th Generation Core i5-4200M and Nvidia 740M discrete GPU for $799 @ MSY. This is a good alternative versus the Dell Inspiron— while it has a less powerful CPU, it makes up for it with a much more capable graphics core, so instead of playing at low settings, you can game on it on Ultra settings.
If you're serious about gaming performance, get the Toshiba. If you want budget, get the HP. I'd highly recommend the Toshy though.

congrats on the new job! what kind of job is it if you dont mind me asking? personally i would get this if i got a grad job (im only working part time in retail so i feel i dont deserve to spend so much on a laptop lol).
