    I disagree with those "Normally prices", just got a roady last month and did the ring around first with heaps of lower quotes.

    sounds ok but ppl got burnt with another one recently where they find things that probably dont need fixing wrong.
    so they get sum repairs in to make up the difference

    Kmart Auto (my local one at least) has roadworthy checks (with follow-up visit & certificate) for under $100.

    Edit: this isn't the reason I neg'd the deal. The reason is because of rawm's finding below.

    I'm sure I paid far less than $100 to get my RWC when I changed by car over to VIC.

        You'd think he'd at least try and hide the fact he is advertising an OzBargain exclusive in two places online by deleting his Gumtree ad for a few days…

      Thanks for finding this. How embarrassing to know they're forcing us to quote ozbargain when it's spammed on Gumtree for the same price. They'd just be sniggering on the other end of the phone for roping in another sucker. Disgusting.

    I vote it not be deleted, should remain to serve as a reminder / warning of their deceit. If it gets removed, many won't see it and might be suckered in some time down the track.

    seems you have mistaken the intent of this forum. this "deal" is just targeted advertising to try and find out if its "cheaper" to use gumtree or OzB for your spam….
