Just walked past (work in the area) and the signs are up - free cuts for 2 weeks. No queue at the moment, but they won't get a lot of passing traffic where they are - I think they'll struggle. Anyway, shame I did mine last week!

I was getting my haircut at Dr Follicles in Richmond. Free mountain goat beer with a cut. It was best to get there before 2pm on Saturdays as after that the haircuts were becoming more influenced by the ouzo they drank and the acid they took. Great music though.
It used to be a good place for a haircut but then got taken over by hipsters. Sad really.

They aren't bad. Actually one of the better places I've been to.
The chick Evelyn was super friendly and cut my hair. Very attentive to detail, and very happy to do any modifications without giving you the stink eye. Very friendly staff.
Some barbers get pissed off if you get them to trim a little more or thin a little more.

If I weren't such an ozbargainer and lived a little far, I'd go back.

A guy at work recently told me he spends $85 on a haircut so some dude can massage his head as part of the process. And there's a place like OP's in North Melbourne with stuffed animals (ironic) and similar decor; there are regularly twenty guys lined up reading 'Esquire'. They wait forty minutes instead of walking twenty metres (I shit you not) to an ACTUAL barber. What is happening? I'm lost.
For $85 I'd expect a happy ending
