So I got an email from EB (being an EB World member after all) about this Starlight promotion, where you can purchase/donate a certain amount, and in return, you'll get some prize.
Has anyone done this before, and if so, how much did you donate and what prizes did you get?
Going from the email you won't be able to guarantee that what you get is compatible with a system that you've got if they are mystery prizes. Knowing EB the 'prizes' won't be anywhere near the amount you actually donate.
Well you just buy all the consoles during the starlight prize promotion. That was, you spend heaps and have a higher chance and winning and then have all the platforms :D
I haven't done it, I don't work at EB. A friend did, and it seemed to be a chance at winning a prize. I think one store had a $50 giftcard, but lots of people donated to try and win it
This was last year and may have been that particular store.
