Yep pretty crappy hence why itsthrown in free on many deals.
It's just 'cheap' as it's also the bundled game with new consoles, so many people waiting for a few decent games to be released before buying the console would have just bought the bundle.
According to metacritic it is not 'pretty crappy', sitting at an 86.

It's not. Its on xbox 360 and PC as well. So just no PS3/4 (oh and the wii U, but it's 3rd party so what's new?).
Microsoft exclusive then.
