Really only for the local peeps, but still a bargain none the less.
Blockbuster Conder ACT (Tuggeranong) is closing down, and are selling everything- including the shop fittings.

They've been "closing down" for a few weeks now, but prices have been too high to mention it.

Went in today to check and finally prices are very tempting- and still plenty of stock.

All DVD's $3
All Bluray's $5
All TV Series $10
All console games $12 (not many left)

3D Bluray is $10-12 each disc, but again not many left.

Shelves are still pretty full of good titles, and they have a repair or money back on dead discs (within 48 hours of purchase, but as they are closing I'd probably go in straight away after testing all titles!).

Sad they are closing down (they had the best range of any video store on the southside), but I guess a bargain is a bargain.

      Sad to see these shops go. I still prefer having discs ready to play rather than waiting for downloads to complete.

        Should be interesting to see what Hoyts has planning in this space.

        Netflix works great, start it and about 5 sec later you watch the movie. Also so over the scratched dics you get from our local Blockbusters. Most new releases or more or less ok but all weeklies are horribly scratched, esp the kids onces.
