Bunnings Belconnen just had a bit of a problem trying to find the product instore (not sure why they couldn't look it up on a computer? maybe they did first?) but eventually did and said it was showing as $39.98 on the shelf

No need to neg the deal because you couldn't take advantage of it.

      • I consider Bunnings Narrabeen, NSW and a clearance item to be a pretty obscure for the front page, even at this fantastic price.

I do see that one other person has reported success price matching with the docket (although others have been denied) so perhaps it wasn't worth negging.

Is it really worth negging my comment which is unrelated to my negging of the post? I don't care about the points but I don't see what that helps.

  • OP could you please post the receipt?
Maybe we can get Bunnings to price match themselves at other locations.

    • legend! Thanks OP

      • How will a receipt help you get this at other bunnings, e.g. in VIC like where I am lol

Worth a shot trying other stores. If you don't ask, you don't get. Good luck!

  • dang that's a good deal! sometimes Bunnings prices are weird. I scanned a can of 10L aqua enamel which came up as $15.

    • +2

Sounds like a lot, but still cheaper than the grog I usually drink.

    • +1

      Did you post it?

    • Where are you located please pegasusx? I need some of that.

      • Got it at Rockdale Bunnings in Sydney. The 10L can was for a white base untinted Aquaenamel. I didnt realise it till I got home and wondered why the total was rather low as I remember its always been around $19x for a 10L can.

  • Not at Cannon Hill or Mt Gravatt…

Called Bunnings Rydalmere - it's $39.98. Given the comments I'm not going to bother calling elsewhere. Off to Narabeen!

Guys as I am aware some store tries to get rid of the stock and sells it cheaper to get away with the stock. But it not be the same case with other stores. At that price honestly you won't get them elsewhere.

If I were OP I would broden the heck out of this deal

  • +2

My pet budgie, Boris, is medium sized so I assume this will fit?

  • Forgive my ignorance, but what does this mean:
"If I were OP I would broden the heck out of this deal" ?

  • +1

    Is this it? Great deal!

    • That's it. I had to remove the link to post the docket.

  • They wouldn't price match at Port Melbourne Bunnings, they said they don't price match clearance items!

      NOT True ..
could be due to specific store
      I did price match a ladder b4
got receipt copy from OZbargain which the OP originated from VIC
go to bunning at thornleigh, show the receipt to the counter
computer say other price, but insisted to get the same price as the receipt
they finally called VIC to ensure it's not price match of other store
it's clearence item at the VIC bunning, but not at my closes bunning

    Good donation for pet rescue?

    • I was thinking the same. Hopefully someone local can do that!

Lidcombe store have some & they kindly price matched after I showed them the posted docket. Thanks!

  • This may sound a bit strange at first, but would my wife fit on one?

    • +3

      what breed is she?

      • -1

I don't know what breed she is but I know for sure she's a bitch

        • give her a shmacko

Manager of Narrabeen told me that the reason they were selling their pet beds at $1.00 was to clear old and damaged stock. All other stores will be selling at normal price.

    • Cheers for the clarification.

  • The best place to get pet beds for free is when/if your local council has kerbside cleanups.
Our annual cleanup went through here last week and I picked up two of these like new.
The other thing that people seem to throw out are those clamshell sandpit/pools. Perfect for dog pools.
