It's the best price available in the market without any doubt. However you should note that Kogan's stock is grey imports. Buy from them if you are OK with that.
I bought my Galaxy S4 from them last year and they had the best price at that moment. I was lucky to get Australian stock but for sure it's not the case always. I ran into battery issues after six months of use (it's totally Samsung's issue, not Kogan's fault) and the customer support I received from Kogan was excellent. They improved quite a bit in recent years.
