Sharing a deal with a IDGAS attitude is not the goal of a first post.
Be informative, if you cant, wait 5mins and "google it" yourself and provide useful information to the community.
Its not like a 32" 50hz TV for $328 is so crazy cheap it will sellout before you post the deal.

Discontinued model. No ethernet or wi-fi. 1368x768. More expensive than a TEAC 32" 1920x1080 ($298 @ JB). Eeeeehhhhh.

    • +2

were people expecting wifi and ethernet for $328?

      hd yeah…

      • +1

I'm not expecting all of those things, I'm pointing out that it doesn't have one of them.

Here's a generic one for $249 + shipping with Wi-Fi, for example. So you're paying an extra ~$40 for a brand name TV… with no wi-fi and a discontinued model.

        • Compraring a Kogan TV to an LG?. It's not even in the same ball field.

        • -1

Yes, I compare them and I list the differences openly and clearly. I figured people would be able to see that and make their own judgements, just as I've made mine.

I notice you too decided that this deal isn't good enough for an upvote. Care to share your reasons why?

    • In comparison with Samsung, Sony and other LG tvs its a good deal. I dont trust TEAC, Soniq etc.

      • Which is why it's an "eeeehhhh" instead of a downvote.

    good for the room.

But which room? Probably not lounge.

    • bedroom.

  • Being a named brand some people may prefer it, but at this price point personally I wouldn't care and prefer to save money.

  • Thanks for the heads up OP.

When I see a deal here, I am happy to do my own follow-up research. I don't want to be a lazy OzBr.

    • Thanks appreciate it.

  • I can see why this model TV has been slashed in price. It's a discontinued model. None of the other retailers even have this model any more.

Edit: except for Betta Electrical they've still got it for $379.

Same specs as 32" Toshiba that was $199 last year…
