  Thanks OP. Make sure you check the size chart, the sizes are more like US sizes (eg size small is 43 inch chest, XXL is a 51 inch chest).

  You can get this polo in a long sleeve, and the material in the sleeves is a loose weave, which stops you from damaging the needle when you inject directly through the garment
