Coca-Cola Six Cans Pack $4.80 (was $9.60) at Coles

30

This is one deal I can appreciate (though I do wish root beer is as easily available). The coke has been reduced to around half price(the usual price depends on which branch you visit, mine is currently at $10.44).

Good price for coke cans but still $4.80 for 2.25L is a rip.

    • I like that's it's in cans, so it never gets flat like in bottles.

      • Same, also stays cold longer.

        • Neither are as good as the old 750mL Glass Bottles were.

It would sound so much better if it was (Was $9.60…) ;)

    • You can say that again…. Oh you did.

USA price = $2.79 for 6-pack (normal price) - or adjusted price of $2.95 when you factor in their can size being 5% smaller. $1.65 discount price (varies, available with coupons from Walmart, Target, etc). So basically we pay over 3 times the price for Coke here in Australia. $9.60 is crazy.

    • I do Australia's cane sugar variety. The ones in the states are way too sweet with HFCS.

      • I find cane sugar to have a sweeter taste. HFCS is more mild - you aren't tasting the "sugar" so much as the (artificial) flavours of the soft drink itself. I'd rather taste flavour over sugar.

6 packs of coke at my local 7/11 are cheaper than Coles. At one point they were $7 for 6 cans then recently they went up to $9.
