I'm looking to buy a wireless hotspot and was looking for some advice on good coverage and best value for money price.

By hotspot, are you referring to a wireless 3G / 4G pocket Wifi modem or are you after an internet gateway (wireless router or ADSL Modem Router).

There are about 3 categories of products which can be called hotspots, so you need to be more specific about what you actually need.

Get one cheap from Coles, unlock it (usually free if you Google enough) and then insert sim of choice.
