Tesco's appear to do anniversary cakes.

I have no experience of their cakes, but have used them for gifts before (wine typically) and have had no problem. They've always delivered as promised and have accepted oz credit cards happily.

I would look into UK retailers - Tesco is one as xyzzy suggests. As long as they have a "this is a gift" option so that no receipt with price is sent with the goods (most retailers offer this) you'll be fine.
