demo of this product is pretty bad. the thing just flys up and down and seems to fall down quite often… could be a bad demo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D48Jpa0kLJQ

Also looks like this is the standard price for this product - http://www.minitake.com/en/skytech-m35-mini-35-ch-rechargeab…

        wow 34 months….

sorry isn't gonna cut it. I expect this man to get compensation for such a long wait. Store credits perhaps.

These things are actually not that bad. I got a $30 one from the Reject Shop.
The controls are a little hyper-sensitive but with some practice you can do some Black Hawk Down strafing manoeuvres indoors. The turning radius is tiny and it changes direction incredibly quickly so you can do some crazy flat-spins too. The range is pretty decent as well. The one I have even let's you adjust the trim on the gyros to compensate for any bias. I've also crashed it about a hundred times, it's taken 8 metre drops and survived.

The battery does last for about 10 minutes of non-stop flying before it needs a charge but it only takes about 20 minutes to recharge via USB (though this one apparently only recharges via the controller's AA batteries).

Yep… my son just loved it. All of this comes second-hand via his opinions.

  • Will this helicopter use rechargeable batteries?

    • Remote control is that you can use rechargeable batteries, but helicopter are plugged in.
