  • FREE GEISHA FOR EVERYONE (Nicaragua San Jose - Javanica Geisha 60g)

Really? Just how does one obtain this 60grams of coffee for free?

    • +1

It will be automatically included ;-) Happy Easter

      • So it's free for customers. Not "everyone".

        • For your benefit pmupsinep, changed to Free geisha included

  • Hey guys,

Looking for a great bean for cappuccino/latte. Do these beans suit? Any other suggestions?

    Cheers

    • Beans for latte? Something cheap. That much milk destroys decent coffee, pointless.

Errm, each to their own Marto. Thanks for the contribution.

Yes these single origins should all be fine for milk but we also have a current deal with a couple of our blends which are ideal for latte and cap https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/139515

      • Thanks Rep. As the only coffee drinker in the house, that's a lot of beans! Normally buy in 250/500 bags at a time and buy more regularly. If you can do anything on a couple of smaller bags, let me know and I'll get an order in this morning. Happy Easter.

  • Awesome, time for an order.

I didn't order last time coz I found a 1/3 of a bag of recreio microlot I must have tried to hide it from the housemates, it was sooo gud. =)

I've only got about a week's supply left.

Any chance of making sure mine are mainly high altitude (S. American preferably) washed? =)

BTW, that Brasil recreio is the best one I've had, did you roast it differently the last time? Had no sheen to it. (Maybe it's my lackof coffe knowledge…lol)

    Cheers Simon.

Thanks Andy, maybe roasted a bit lighter last time. Still have about 60kg left but then will be out as it placed 5th again in Cup Of Excellence this year and hard to get as it has to be won in auction at premium rates.

Shoot me an email when you're ready and I'll look after you

Have a great Easter mate. Cheers Simon

      • Hi Simon,

Sent you an email a few days back, not sure if you got to it yet.

Simon, really enjoyed the Yemen Mocha Matari from current order and it rated a high 3 in my tick list (7 down to 1)a lovely bean. The Nepalese Mount Everest Supreme remains the best I've had from Manna so far(5 ticks)but I'd like to try the Nicaragua San Jose..keep me some for next months order!

    Cheers Luc(L** H )

Anyone who hasn't tried Manna Beans' service and product should do so as you wont be disappointed; First class, friendly, prompt and well priced. My best discovery on Ozbargain so far.

    • Thanks Luc, appreciate your support. Don't worry I just received a few more 30kg vac packs of the Nicaragua San Jose so should have enough. Wish I could say the same for the Nepalese Mt Everest Supremo but that's proving a bit more elusive at the moment. Enjoy your long weekend

Thanks just ordered! Someone on here suggested I stop wasting my money on coffee at Coles & Woolies & I've been waiting for a deal to come a long. Can't wait.

    • Good call, welcome aboard ;-)

  • Hi rep,
I have been meaning to step up my coffee from the regular super market stuff and you are the top of my list.
Would you say that a dripolator or a coffee press can do this coffee justice or will I be wasting it? Unfortunately I do not have access to a proper espresso machine at home…

    Thanks!

    • If I didn't have espresso machine i would use the V60 pour over filter or AeroPress. Don't waste time with french press unless you like your coffee with a lot of sediments!

I have one of these http://www.hariogear.com.au/hario-v60-dripper-white-porcelai… Produces a very clean cup of coffee. I enjoy it both with filter beans to drink black and espresso to drink with milk.

Thanks Sylon, I have to say I agree with you entirely and have been using the V60 Pour over last week too. I roasted a Ethiopia Guji Sidamo Berta lightly roasted and thought it was fantastic as a long black

        Welcome aboard Lordelesar!

Thanks guys, just received my order. Stoked I got it before the weekend. About to try it out now!

update: Just looking up the coffee's I received on your website, I only received Specialty Single Origins and no Grand-Cru…

    • Hi Daffo,

Not sure which coffees you received. Please shoot me an email. Cheers
