Cheap watch battery replacement perth?

Can anyone recommend a cheap place that changes watch batteries? I usually replace the batteries myself and i have the tools at home but i cannot open this particular Pulsar watch.

    Most shopping malls (eg. Belmont Forum), have a stall-type shop that does this. In my experience, battery replacement will be less than $20, but if you also want a pressure test to ensure water-tightness, that will cost extra
