    Can I use it in-store (I can't work out what the t&c are saying to be honest)?

    Glasses are one of those things you need to buy in store in my opinion?

    If I buy normal glasses & sunglasses, do I get 40% off, or does it need to be 2x sunglasses or 2x normal for the 40% discount?

    Yes the PDF says to bring a copy of it in, if you are purchasing in-store.

    There are risks purchases glasses online. Sometimes there are good savings but in this case, you may as well visit the physical store. Remember to write down your ideal sized frames so you can order online next time.

    Looking at condition 4, I think you need to get 2 of the same type of thing to be eligible for the 40% discount. ie you can't mix one pair of sunnies with a pair of glasses. Then again, if you're in-store, you can always try, or ask them.
