Asus F55C - Is this a good price for a Laptop?

Hey Guys,

Looking to get this laptop : Asus F55C-SX145H Notebook.

Many stores sell it within the price range of $500 to $450.

Is the price reasonable? Good value for money?

    Acer is known for being of low quality. This was some time ago though when we used to have acers fail all the time, im not sure if they have gotten any better or not.

      Ive been using an Acer Laptop for 6 years now. I bet no other laptop would had survived the torture.
