How can you tell, either way?
They are sold by Amazon directly (ie not through other sellers), its like buying a pair of headphones in an Apple store. Do you expect them to be a fake?

But How do I tell if a pair I buy (elsewhere) is Fake? Is there a serial number encoded somewhere?
you would know if its fake. rubbish lens quality and frame would feel heavy and cheap. Oakley lenses are crystal clear.
