Sounds harsh but it's fairly accurate, they've had plenty of chances to deliver an actual deal but have failed time and time again. Three strikes for socking seems more than enough, time they went away and stayed there.

Personally I believe the meritline one cat6 for $5.86 with free delivery is best unless someone else comes up with better deal :)
That meritline one says it ships from the US warehouse which generally means ridiculous shipping costs but I haven't double checked (yet). Only the china warehouse stock is free shipping.

I've bought a few of these flat cat 6 cables from BIC but longest was 5M I think. I honestly expected them to be junk and not work but surprisingly they do and quite well. No clues as to if the 15M will be any good, just putting it out there…
