How do I install Netflix app on Android 4.3.

Go to http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ and search for com.netflix.mediaclient

Download the apk and install it on your phone.

You'll need to allow installing apps outside of google play on your phone if you haven't already.

Once installed you'll be able to update it via the play store.

When I installed it, I just went to the Google Play store on my web browser and 'bought' it. Downloaded straight to my tablet.

It wouldn't work on the play store on the device itself.
