Byojet and Thai Airways

Hi Guys,

I purchased tickets through Byojet for Thai Airways.
They cancelled the flight and gave me alternative which did not work for me.

I asked for refund.

As per Byojet, Thai Airways have deducted $77 admin fee which is non-refundable.

Is this fair?

Check the T's & C's… It's not fair, but it may be legit.
