just looking for advice about different tour guides and if you guys have any recommendations or know of any current deals.
If you can describe your experiences in china that would be great!

yea probably looking to spend ~10 days all tours seem to be around the $2300 mark includes everything except tips
Last year we went to Shanghai and this was really an enjoyable trip for my family. The restaurants are among the finest in the country, offering quality food and superior service and for shopping, it is a shopper's paradise. I think you should visit this place and make your trip funny and enjoyable.
yea definitely just hope the tour company is good , im going to wait till the middle of the year to book

I did the Wendy Wu tour where it took me to 3 parts of China, Shanghai, Xi'an (that's where those terra cotta warriors are) and Beijing.
I really enjoyed it only because I come from a Chinese background but wasn't born there. Depends how long you're doing it for but if you go in a tour you'll most probably be eating Chinese cuisine breakfast, lunch and tea so if you get bored of Chinese food easily then maybe it's not for you.
In Beijing, we did the Great Wall of China. My girlfriend and I travelled to the highest point of the wall. It wasn't easy but we made it. Even got a shirt that said I survived the Great Wall lol.
Oh and be careful on tours, you get a lot of pick pockets in those touristy attractions but our tour guide warns us anyway. I really loved the Wendy Wu tour guide, not only they were very informative, they're humorous as well.
