Looks like Mod has unpublished this deal from OZB.
But I guess we can still keep this thread here to see if anyone has able to make their order successful and if so, what postcode used. One of my order is still in "processing" mode (not cancelled yet) hope it gets thru :)

    From the email I have received from Katies, they weren't too happy about it and wasn't too pleased that OzBargain allowed it to be published. So I'll say it's not likely these will be honoured.

      I think they should look at their own processes before they blame OzBargain. What would their response be if someone posted it on FB or Twitter?

        Exactly what I said to them. These days you ought to expect this kind of things to travel fast via social media and how can you blame the medium? The coupon code should have been bonded with the account in the first place if it's targeted offer. Woolies has certainly learnt that.

          I agree. To make matters more entertaining, it seems like Katies' behaviour is going to put off multiple people from making future purchases - they really don't get it.

  • Mine still shows up as pending, won't be expecting to much, was quite quick that they picked up that all buyers were from oz bargain.

  • Email yesterday said two of the three orders are ready to be picked up, and I logged into my account this morning and the third has a toll tracking number, so fingers crossed it will also arrive at the shop for pickup.

    None of mine were free after coupon; not sure if that makes a difference

    Mine too. And they even did not send any email out to tell me that. Had to log on my account and checked myself

    However my credit card has not been refunded yet

    and to my amazement a courtesy email noting that I had visited the site, not purchased anything and to email customer support if I required assistance - WTF?????

      Wow what great customer service, NOT.

      I didn't make an order because there was nothing I wanted (even for free) so from my perspective it's not sour grapes… Katies managements' attitude here is off-putting and rude. Perhaps they need a lesson in Marketing/PR 101…

    So there is no longer a record of my orders on my account (older orders are still there); on the day I ordered two emails letting me know two orders were ready to be picked up.
    No cancellation emails.
    And today to my surprise a text message saying the third order was ready to be picked up.
    And all three items were there. I paid $10, $10 and $5 after coupon code, so not free items.
