Advise him he must have received the email in error. I can verify this is so because I win the UK lottery quite often, and I don't even have to buy any tickets to do so.

Have a read of 419eater some of the funniest stuff I have ever read on the net. Basically Scambaiters reply to these emails and try to mess around with the criminals doing the posting, some of the things they have gotten the criminals to do is hilarious!
