jb are selling this for $64, which is a fair lot lower than what new releases go for. so trade in should be a lot lower

Yeah it's not on their exclusion list. JB have that 3 games get 1 free deal so I've been buying the same 3 pre-owned 360 games from EB and trading them in for a selected new release. Stuntman, Kengo and Far Cry (not 2) for $47! Instead of paying $89!
Why not use those 3 pre-owned 360 games and get 3 Harry Potter and trade them all in for >$100 credit.
Because it's dodgy and JB staff might get upset. I dunno, if people report that your method works, I might try it. Sounds risky though, I don't want to end up with 5 copies of Harry Potter.

RRP for the game is $79.95… so trade in 1/3 of the price that they would sell it at, which would be $74.95… so about $25-30. Not worth it.

Not sure if you can able to trade-in @ GAME from their Exclusions List & use their trade mark WE WONT BE BEATEN ON TRADE-INS. Just wondering has anyone try?
how does jb's exclussion list work? can u trade in games that appear on the list? or can you only trade in games that arnt on that list?
