Reliable site for Personalised things?

Hi, second post. :)

What sites have people used to get personalised items (specifically t-shirts) and have actually gotten the items?
I just need a personalised t-shirt with text, for around $15.

I'm just weary of losing my money to a fake site or a site that takes way too long…

    I have used vistaprint, skreend, cowcow and I think, artscow.
    No legitimacy problems with any.
