Hi there- link is fixed here: http://www.resi.com.au/rpdata - thanks for spotting
the link only goes to the deal page which says nothing more than $40 for a report?
OP should disclose that this requires contact from a sales person:
"You can have access to RP Data's exclusive property report by simply allowing an expert Resi lending specialist to get in touch by phone, or email, to discuss your specific situation"negged deal due to OP (store rep) failing to disclose full details (i did give them 3 hours opportunity to do so before I negged)
Same offer from loans.com.au for those interested !
Pretty much any mortgage broker will offer this to you. If they do not, change mortgage brokers!
Pretty basic report, just collating info usually shown for free on real estate sites. Was hoping for a more detailed list of recent sales in the suburb, instead just got median price guides and a load of demographic info.
The map also failed to show a major shopping centre or library, which have been there for a few years.
Not work. Click Find, no response.
Are these the same as data available from the Bank of Queensland and Commbank Property App?
If so i rather not be contacted and use the available

https://www.commbank.com.au/personal/home-loans/i-phone-app.…Yep I suspect so, was just about to comment that this info is avail through the CommBank property app.
Essentially useless for my area where its land zoned for development and "sales" have terms of reference measured in YEARS. These start from 4 years, until the final payment is made - provisionally. Unfortunately, the Council take the sale price from day one…even though there are so many caveats that if not met, the sale falls through, and you're still there for 4 years..but is never taken off the Council assessments.
Therefore, with land holdings, these reports are useless - the nearest "sale" to me was about 6km away in another suburb, different land purpose (with flood, heritage and native grass zonings), and was considered as 'similar'. What a rort.
Never mind the state government putting on a fee of $105,000 / hectare onto the sale price (= only buyers are developers) for "infrastructure", which developers can offset. (Note: water board placed $90K / hectare fee on as well for a new water pipe . They said they are NOT infrastructure. Just livin' the dream here in Victoria).Hey Op - can see two lots of "-1 votes" - but aren't being tallied - what's going on? (same for the +votes - has a different number)
Please post/update link to the deal/offer
