Saw this on the Boss Hunting Facebook page - had this stuff all summer it's bloody delicious. Coconut Water and Rum in a can. Better than beer and half the calories.

    Not bad for a case of premix. Small can though, and I'm too lazy to calculate shipping on top.

  Alcohol is ~7 calories/gram. Sure beer contains carbs, but carbs are only ~4 calories/gram and you are looking at ~3%, depending on the beer. ie. 75% of the calories in beer come from the alcohol, so an alternate drink with the same alcohol percentage would at best have only 25% less calories.
