They seem like a friendly bunch and the two founders are probably on top of their game.
However, when I dealt with their sales manager I wasn't overly impressed - she seemed to confuse 2 ply cotton with a herringbone weave. I can't say she was particularly confident when I asked about MOP buttons either.
I dropped her a note and was informed John Cutler was better for my needs
