You don't even link the item, and a search for "surgical mask" turns up nothing.
Not to mention the fact that a surgical mask does NOTHING to protect from the flu. It's for people who HAVE the flu and don't want to spread it. You need a proper P2 mask (or US standard N95) for any kind of protection. Even then, the level of protection is quite weak.
