Best Buys for Telstra Credits

Got $90 credit thus far using 3 $30 starter kits bought for $10 each at HN. Thinking of using it at Google Play store. Can I use any android phone to buy then login on my wifi-only tablet to download so I will have the app on the tablet? What apps/movie/music worth buying? Mobile foxtel would have been nice but my tablet is wifi only. Cheers
