box hill public library have 2 big tables and some trolleys with 10c books on then, all fiction (no non fiction at all) in English & Chinese, adult, teen & childrens books.

Good to know, and I didn't see such deal recently on OZB, so thanks OP. Book is an excellent item to buy used and book publishers don't want your whole family to rot because you buy used books.
well there normal pricing seems to be 50c for fiction, so 10c seems like a good deal to me!

It's "autumn book sale", seems to be a mixed bunch, don't think there's a theme to them :)

I still have a handful of free books from the local library 20 years ago… I am a bad man.
at 25 cents a day per book for late returns, you should leave the country…
Every library does this, they have permanent sales of old books
And it's always 10c, 20c and if you don't have money it's free
