Hey guys.
Just wondering if it's a good idea to download a pc game rather than buy a copy from retail store.
In this case I'm talking about diablo reaper of souls. Are there any down sides to downloading it?
Downloading PC games or buy from retail?

Wooooo I wonder if that means local servers for PS4 version as well?
I have the XBOX360 version and the game is peer2peer so doesn't need them to open servers if PS4 is the same..
I found out about that last night, so happy!!!
I don't know how long it's been since I bought a retail copy of a game.
320 games later on Steam…
Pretty much the only time it's worth buying retail is when there's a collectors edition, and you want the figure (which I never do)
Otherwise, and for Diablo, it's definitely worth getting the digital version, to get all the extras.
Ok thanks guys
I'd say depends on how big the game is… if it's watch dogs or something like ESO, which after trying the beta… i don't think i'll get, which is like 25+Gb i think i'll buy retail… i only have 200Gb of data and i need to share that between my household who d/ls -shudder- k drama and other asian shows…
The only way i'd get digital copies is if it's on steam since i use the steam limiter thing which makes it d/l from the specified servers (for me it would be telstra)
Oh. My. God.
And I don't know - Who cares? I'm so excited for this news right now.
9:44PM EDIT I have composed myself. No. There's no down sides to downloading it - it's the route I'm going since I'm after the Digital Deluxe Edition for the small extras.
