Lindt has nothing compared to Cadbury or 'You'll Love Coles' chocolate. Still a decent deal. Can anyone tell me the price of the Golden crumpets shown on the front of the Coles brochure??
Ugh. Cadbury and Coles brands use homogenized vegetable oil instead of milk solids… and so much sugar! They are both disgusting simulacrums of chocolate. The only reason you'd buy either is if you had no taste and no money.
Lindt isn't much better but at least the 70% cocoa stuff is recognizable as chocolate.
FYI Cadbury didn't just reduce the size and change the packaging, they've also changed the moulding and more importantly, the recipe.
I believed they've reduced the amount of cocoa butter and introduced a higher percentage of homogenized vegetable oil. There was a furore when Cadbury altered the recipe recently. You can probably google the news for it.
I would rather eat Lindt rather than Cadbury these days.

I don't like it, it tastes too sweet. Much prefer Lindt or Cadbury.

This is the price i'd love to pay all the time for Lindt. It's delicious and such a darn pity that chocolate prices have sky rocketed in the past year. This price is unbeatable.
