Drove around in those Land Rovers in the Army. Awesome 4WD's!! Unless they have modified them since their Army use there are things like power outlets and towbars that have military connectors rather than civilian ones. Be hard to plug your mobile phone or hitch up your jetski to the Military tow hitch. No radios in the dash either.

Also the Army ones I drove in didn't have keys, just a little silver thing you twisted to start them up. if you are into 4WD ing, the Unimogs are very cool. I have seen them plough through obstacles other vehicles would curl up their towballs at!

The Landrovers didn't have backseats that would satisfy any kind of ADRs. Some of the Landrovers designated Fitted For Radio (FFR) are meant to have radio equipment mounted on tables in the back. FFRs used to have only a couple of small seats right at the very back corners. They had large compartments with slide in/out drawers on the sides for big truck batteries to power the radios. The General Service (GS) Land Rovers have long bench row seats along the sides at the back and they have mounting spots at the front and rear for sretchers to be clamped in (for carrying wounded blokes on).

Finally, if you are thinking of buying a Unimog, I cant remember exactly but I think the tyres were very expensive. We used to have to destroy the old ones after a certain No of Kms at a thing called a 'board of survey' and I remember seeing the forms with the costs, blew me away….just before we took to a few with power tools and pickaxes to break them up!
