Malteaster Bunny $0.75 (Save $0.25) @ Coles

60

Bought one of these yesterday and realized they were 75 cents (down from $1). Cheapest I could find anywhere and these things are addictive as hell!! Might get a bit cheaper at the end of Easter but not by much.

$25.86 per kg isn't good value

    • People will pay a premium for the pleasure of chomping the ears off a chocolate bunny before devouring the rest of it's body.

      • It'd rather get one of those large 400 or 500g boxes of Maltesers when they're on special for $5

Isn't good value? If you went down to a world renowned chocolatier who charged $5 for a 100g chocolate, would you turn around and tell him that you'd rather get a dairy milk chocolate bar on special? Sorry, but these taste better then Maltesers and are only around for Easter. This is the cheapest I've seen and didn't think they'd ever be on special as they literally fly of the shelves.

They are still just Maltesers from Mars…

Just hide boxes of these in the store somewhere, and at the end of Easter they usually drop to 25c each, ca ching.

  • These are so good, I love them. You can't really compare them with a normal bag of maltesers as they taste completely different. They are not really as exorbitantly expensive as first poster implies either. If you compare them with other bite-size items, like twix, snickers etc, it's about the same price.

      Yes they are !

      29g at 75c = $25.86 per kg…
