Hey Guys,

Friend of mine who works for Freedom told me about this one.
They are doing 6 months interest free on top of this.
If you show your NRMA member card (or their MyFreedom membership thingy) you get 5% off the original sofa price then a free one on top of that. It works for the modulars aswell. So if you buy a 6seat modular, you get another one for free.
Note that this is available online but also in every store in .au

    Was planning to get 2x2 seaters from IKEA as the best of a bad bunch, but for an extra $400 I can get 2 from Freedom intead. Will have to go along have a sit on it, and get toddler to jump on it before I commit.

    Just bought two Copenhagens…
    I was after one and was planning to go halves with someone else in Brisbane but the missus decided she wanted two.

    All the couches seem to be good quality (even the cheaper ones), I'd rate them higher over Amart.
    One thing to be aware of - with the buy 1 get one free deal for delivery, you are only allowed to have them delivered to the same address.
    Ordered two Copenhagens today and was told delivery won't be until late May at the absolute latest so be prepared for a massive wait.

    I ordered 2 Carltons 3 seater. They had it in stock and could have delivered next day. But I have asked for delivery next week. So I now have 1 week to find someone who wants to go halves in Sydney for one more sofa (I am thinking of Aldo 3 seater). I have already taken the $99 Freedom membership and paid for the $249 insurance. So you will only need to pay for the sofa you choose.

    Bought 2 Club Grand 2seaters, was going to get 2 grand lodge but the caramel colour was actually very orange in the flesh. The deal only applies to whatever is in stock, other colours are full price (the one I got was hazelnut which is a nicer darker brown). An expensive trip ($2499 + $90 delivery + $49 Amex surcharge) but I can't wait until Wednesday to finally ditch the horrible Super Amart lounge with nasty bonded 'leather' and get my first proper leather couch (category 35 no less, like natuzzi!).
    Store sales lady said that the offer ends tomorrow.
    Anyone in Perth SOR want a black 6 seat corner lounge for free?

    Bought 2 modular packages,

    Signature ($2499) & Aspect ($2299). I got the quote yesterday and wasn't till I got home that I noticed that they marked the more expensive one as free $0 then added the other discounts etc.. Called up today and paid over the phone.

    Won't get delivered till end of May which is good since our house won't be ready until July.

    Don't forget that you can change any of the modular packages and it still counts as one sofa.

          Guys, you could do this on the phone too. One of you'll could go in to the store, get a quote done and then pay your half of it and get the Sales person to call up the other for their cc details for their half. To workaround the delivery condition, one could do a pickup and the other opt for delivery or something like that.

    Being a recent newbie to Australia it's hard to know which companies are good but freedom seemed ok, was by far the most comfortable sofa we tried over the 15 or so shops we had tried in Melbourne that weren't over 5k!

    Are you guys going for the extra warranty?

    We also signed up to the Freedom card which gave us an extra 5% off and managed free delivery too.
