[StartHere] Cashback Issues with Transactions involving GBP

I have made a few purchases from Marks & Spencer in GBP. Starthere always records my transactions in AUD, but not for the converted amount. So in other words, if I spent £35.00, StartHere records it as $35.00, and my cashback ends up being a percentage of that amount, instead of the effective spent amount (which should be around $64). I've queried those transactions but StartHere never got back to me and closed my enquiry.

Do others have the same problem?

    Did not know starthere even support other currencies.

    i think it depends on which retailers, i think cashback from accor are in USD, even though i bought the stays in AUD, but they calculated the whole stay (from AUD) in USD and cashback in USD then paid out AUD (after conversion). haven't tried paying in USD then claiming cashback in AUD though.
