Okay I made two orders with HN the first time around I only put 1 in the cart when I made an order online, I then read that you had to put 2 into the cart to get the BOGOF deal. So I went online and had a chat with one of the employees about it. She said she would cancel the first order. Then I made another order with 2 cards in the checkout cart. All is good until yesterday when I got refunded for both of my cards through paypal. Had a talk with one of the guys today and he said they can't do anything about it because I made two purchases and the first one didn't even include a BOGOF deal so technically I only made one BOGOF deal…wtf!! I got a print screen of the conversation I had with one of HN's employees on the saturday so hopefully I can get my BOGOF deal.
EDIT: Had a chat with another lady right after I posted the above ^^^ and she said that they could fulfil my order! The other dude just CBF dealing with the situation so he just basically told me he couldn't do anything about it.
picked up 4 + 4 gift cards from O'Connor (WA) HN this afternoon. I ordered under my name, my wife's name and two of my kids. The guy was really friendly and let me pick up all four orders with just my ID so bonus. He said they had 220 gift card orders in the crazy hour.
