I purchased a postpaid virgin mobile through moneybackco website a month ago. My transaction status showed tracking. I received the mobile and sim card about a week after that. However, I received a email from moneybackco to inform me that my transaction has been cancelled with the reason"Invalid sale"! What does this mean! If this is really invalid sale, why virgin has approved my online order and sent me the mobile and card?! Why is this a invalid sale?!

how long does it generally take to get Virgin Mobile prepaid transaction confirmed by Virgin?
It usually should happen at the end of the month in which you made the purchase, however if you bought late in a particular month it may not be approved that month end but the next, if you know what I mean.
