Just arrived today. The regular powerball (not gel, not lemon) 90 packs were from Finland. Finish Finish. LOL
There's also 90 packs for $14.50 and 60 packs for $15.97.
I bundled 1 x 60 @ $9.99, 2 x 90 = $ 14.50 and 3 x 60 @ 15.97 for 420 @ 86.90 delivered.
Under 21 cents each is good value.
Well you really shouldn't mix oranges and apples, in this case Quantum and Normal.
So technically it should be:

~25c/each which is still good value for Quantum.
If you get over the shipping cap and want to add the Normal it is still good value
