I've 3 plugs from my speakers and i can only plug one. The surround speakers are not working.
Why can you only plug one?
If it's because of microphone /headset, One option I used to have was a logitech g15 which had a built in mic in and speaker out which handled my headset and allowed the sockets on the pc for my 5.1Otherwise get a soundblaster x fi
Check MSY and your budget on the level you wantSpeakers come with green, orange and black cables and my onboard has only green plug. I think, because of that my surround speakers doesn't produce any sound.
What kind of motherboard are you using?

It's Asus H87M-E. Can I configure my motherboard to provide 5.1 surround?
not your motherboard but your motherboard manual will tell you how you can configure it
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/H87M-E/E8197_H87…
page 13The Manual says:
- Use a chassis with HD audio module in the front panel to support an 8-channel audio output.
So it sounds like you need something like this?
